# Wallet and payouts > Fund the prepaid wallet that pays your creators, read available and reserved balance, withdraw unused money, and see when and how creators get paid. Your wallet is a prepaid creator budget. You top it up, and each time a creator brings you a verified purchase, InfluTo reserves the commission and the 10% platform fee from it. On the 1st of each month the reserved commission is paid out to creators through Stripe. Money you haven't used stays yours and can be withdrawn. ## Add funds ### Open Billing → Add Funds In the sidebar, click **Billing**. The page is titled **Billing & Wallet**. ### Enter the amount Enter the **Amount (USD)**. The minimum deposit is $50. ### Pay with Stripe Click **Continue to Payment** and pay on Stripe's checkout page. The balance updates as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, and the deposit appears on the **Deposits** tab with its receipt. Deposits are in US dollars. There is no automatic top-up. ## Available and reserved balance | Figure | Meaning | |---|---| | **Available Balance** | Money you've deposited that isn't committed to creators yet. | | **Reserved Balance** | Commission and platform fee for verified purchases, held until the next monthly payout. Already taken out of your available balance. | | **Lifetime Deposited** | Everything you've added. | | **Lifetime Spent** | Everything that has left the wallet: commissions paid to creators and InfluTo's fee. | **Wallet Health** at the top of the page estimates how many days your balance lasts at your recent spending rate, and **Usage Predictions** shows the daily burn rate and a 30-day projection. ## What needs a funded wallet | Action | Requirement | |---|---| | Activate a campaign | At least $50 that isn't reserved for pending commissions | | Send email invitations | The same $50 | | Invite creators from the marketplace | One open invitation per $20 that isn't reserved | | Each verified purchase by a referred user | Commission + 10% fee reserved — see [Commissions and fees](https://docs.influ.to/platform/commissions.md) | | Milestone bonuses | Taken from the wallet at the payout run | When an action needs more money, the dashboard asks you to add funds; the API answers HTTP 402. ## When the balance runs low - If your wallet can no longer cover pending commissions, InfluTo pauses your active campaigns. As with a manual pause, purchases by referred users still earn commission for 72 hours, and referral links keep working. - After you top up, resume each campaign yourself with **Resume Campaign** on its page. Campaigns don't restart on their own. - There's no low-balance warning email. Watch **Wallet Health** on the Billing page. - If a verified purchase arrives that the wallet can't cover, the creator's commission is still recorded, and your organization's owners and admins get an email about it (at most one a day). If the money still isn't there at payout time, the payout is retried daily for up to 30 days, so topping up lets it through. ## Withdraw unused funds Click **Withdraw Funds**, enter an amount and confirm. The money is refunded to the payment method you deposited with — newest deposit first — so no bank connection is needed. Card refunds can take several business days to show up on your statement. You can withdraw only when: - no campaign is active (pause them first), - nothing is reserved for pending commissions (reserved money clears at the monthly payout), - there are no commissions in flight from recent referral clicks, - no milestone bonuses are waiting for review or payout. Only money that came in through Stripe can be refunded this way. For anything else, email [hello@influ.to](mailto:hello@influ.to). ## Automatic refund of an unused wallet If you fund the wallet and never use it — nothing spent, nothing reserved and no active campaign — InfluTo emails you a reminder 23 days after your most recent deposit and refunds every deposit to its original payment method on day 30. Once any money has been spent or a campaign is active, this no longer applies; withdraw manually instead. ## Receipts and exports - **Deposits** tab — every deposit with a **Receipt** link to Stripe's receipt. - **Billing details** — your company or legal name, VAT or tax ID and address, used on your billing documents. - **Export CSV** — the last 12 months of wallet transactions: date (UTC), type, description, amount, balance after and currency. ## How creators get paid | | | |---|---| | **When** | On the 1st of each month at 01:00 UTC, InfluTo creates payouts for the previous calendar month. | | **Minimum** | $20. Smaller balances roll over to the next month. | | **How** | Stripe Connect transfers in USD. Creators complete Stripe's identity checks once. | | **Where** | Creators in 33 countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and the 27 EU countries. | | **What's included** | Commission for the month, approved milestone bonuses, minus clawbacks for refunds of commissions already paid. | - A creator who hasn't finished Stripe onboarding isn't paid yet; their earnings carry over to a later run. - Failed transfers are retried automatically: when your wallet is short, once a day for up to 30 days; for temporary Stripe errors, with increasing gaps. - The **Payouts** page lists every payout with the creator, period, conversions, commission, platform fee and total cost, plus **Failed** and **Processing** tabs. ## For AI agents Agents can see the wallet but never move money. `influto_get_wallet` returns the balance, the reserved amount, `safe_available` (available minus reserved), whether you can activate campaigns, and your remaining invitation capacity. When an activation or invitation returns 402, `influto_get_wallet_topup_link` gives you a link to the Billing page, where you finish the payment yourself while signed in.
