Recurring vs One-Time

Recurring Commission (Default)

Influencer earns on EVERY renewal:

Month 1: $10 subscription → $3 commission
Month 2: $10 renewal → $3 commission
Month 3: $10 renewal → $3 commission
...
Year 1: $10 × 12 × 30% = $36 total

One-Time Commission

Influencer earns only on first purchase:

Month 1: $10 subscription → $3 commission
Month 2: $10 renewal → $0 (no commission)
Month 3: $10 renewal → $0
...
Year 1: $3 total (first month only)

✓ Why Recurring?

Recurring commissions align influencer incentives with yours. They focus on bringing users who stick around, not just quick sign-ups who churn immediately.
