Pricing and money
What does InfluTo cost?
$0 a month. For each verified purchase a creator brings, you pay their commission plus a 10% InfluTo fee on the same price — for a $9.99 subscription at 30%, that's $3.00 for the creator and $1.00 for InfluTo. Conversions with a $0 commission carry no fee. Larger programs can agree volume pricing in writing. See Commissions and fees.
Why do I need a prepaid wallet?
So creators are always paid. Each conversion reserves its commission and fee from your wallet, and campaigns need at least $50 available to go live. Deposits start at $50, unused balance can be withdrawn, and a wallet that was never used is refunded automatically after 30 days. See Wallet and payouts.
When and how are creators paid?
On the 1st of each month, for the previous month, through Stripe Connect, once a creator has at least $20. Smaller balances roll over. Creators can be paid in 33 countries: the US, Canada, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and the 27 EU countries.
What happens with refunds?
The commission is reversed. If the creator was already paid, it's deducted from their next payout. Subscription refunds on both stores and Google Play one-time refunds are detected automatically.
Can I change the commission later?
Yes. Increases apply immediately. Decreases take effect after 7 days' notice, and creators are emailed. Users a creator already brought keep the rate they were acquired at for renewals and refunds.
Integration
Which SDK do I use?
The one for your app's language: React Native (also Expo), iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), Flutter, or web for Capacitor, Ionic, Cordova and PWAs. See Choose an SDK.
Do I need RevenueCat?
No. Every SDK works with RevenueCat or without it ("store-direct", where InfluTo checks purchases with Apple and Google directly). Use exactly one per platform. See Choose a path.
How long does the integration take?
Plan for an afternoon. The code is a few calls; most of the time goes into store or RevenueCat settings and a sandbox test. An AI agent connected over MCP can do most of it.
Does it work with Expo?
Yes, with the React Native SDK. For store-direct purchase capture you need expo-iap or react-native-iap, which require a development build rather than Expo Go.
Is there a test mode?
You don't need one. The same API key works in sandbox and production; sandbox and TestFlight purchases show up in the Integration log (under Setup & SDK) but never move money or change stats. Simulate a purchase on the same page checks InfluTo's side without a device. See Verify the integration.
Does InfluTo send webhooks to my server?
No. InfluTo receives events (from RevenueCat and the stores) but doesn't send outbound webhooks. Use the dashboard (Activity has every event, with a CSV export), the agent API or MCP tools to read events and results.
Attribution
How does InfluTo know who referred a user?
A typed code or a link that carries the code into the app is an exact match. Otherwise link-click matching connects the install to a recent tap on the creator's link, within 72 hours. See How attribution works.
How long is the attribution window?
72 hours, the same for every app. It only applies to link-click matching — typed codes aren't limited by it.
Does a creator keep a subscriber forever?
Yes — the first creator who brings a paying user earns on that user's renewals for as long as they stay subscribed, unless the campaign sets a commission period (for example 12 months) or its budget runs out. See Limits.
Do I need the ATT prompt?
No. InfluTo doesn't use the IDFA or track users across apps. See Privacy & App Store review.
Creators
Where do creators come from?
Your own audience and partners, whom you invite with a join link or by email, and creators browsing influ.to/affiliate-programs, where public programs are listed. See Invite creators.
Do creators pay anything?
No. Joining is free and there are no fees on their side.
Can one creator get a different rate?
Yes. Set a Custom commission for this creator when you invite them (dashboard invite form, or influto_invite_creator for an AI agent), or later with Manage next to their code on the campaign's Creators tab. See Per-creator rates.
Dashboard
Where did Analytics, Affiliates, Billing, Payouts and Real-Time Events go?
The dashboard was reorganized in October 2026, and old links redirect:
| Old page | Now |
|---|---|
| Analytics | Overview. The "By group / tag" breakdown is on Codes → By tag and on each campaign's Codes tab. |
| Affiliates | Creators — one row per person, with their codes, and a page per creator |
| Billing, Payouts | Money, on the Wallet, Ledger, Spend and Payouts tabs |
| Real-Time Events | Setup & SDK → Integration log |
| Send Test Webhook | Simulate a purchase on Setup & SDK |
Who earned what, event by event, is in Activity. See Results and analytics.
Why is a subscriber shown as sub_…?
Lists show a pseudonymous subscriber key instead of your app's user ID. Organization owners and admins see the app user ID on the subscriber's details, and you can search by it. Creators never see it.
Account
Can my team share one account?
Not yet — team member invites aren't available. One organization owns the apps and the wallet, and it's managed from one login.
How do I delete an app?
In Settings → Advanced. Deletion is blocked while the app has draft, active or paused campaigns, and the data is kept for financial records.
