Set up your influencer program with commission rates and requirements

Campaign Overview

A campaign defines how influencers earn commissions for promoting your app. You can have multiple campaigns per app (e.g., launch campaign, seasonal promo, VIP program).

Step 1: Navigate to Campaigns

  1. Select your app from the app picker
  2. Click Campaigns in the sidebar
  3. Click "Create Campaign"

Step 2: Basic Information

Campaign Name

Choose a clear, descriptive name:

  • Launch Campaign - For initial launch
  • Holiday Promo 2026 - Seasonal campaigns
  • VIP Influencer Program - Exclusive tier
  • Fitness Creator Program - Niche-specific

Description (Optional)

Explain what influencers will promote and what they'll earn.

Step 3: Commission Structure

Commission Type

Percentage (Recommended)

Influencers earn a percentage of subscription revenue.

  • Example: 30% commission
  • User subscribes: $9.99/month
  • Influencer earns: $2.997/month (recurring!)
Commission: 30%
Subscription: $9.99
→ Influencer: $2.997 per month
→ Platform fee: $0.50 (5%)
→ You pay: $3.50 total

Flat Rate

Influencers earn a fixed amount per conversion.

  • Example: $5 per conversion
  • Best for: One-time purchases, in-app purchases

Recurring Commissions

Enabled by default - Influencers earn on every renewal:

  • ✓ Month 1: User subscribes → Influencer earns
  • ✓ Month 2: Subscription renews → Influencer earns again
  • ✓ Month 3+: Continues earning as long as user stays subscribed

✓ Why Recurring Commissions?

Influencers are incentivized to bring quality users who stick around, not just quick sign-ups. This aligns their success with yours.

Step 4: Campaign Type

Public Campaign

  • Any influencer can join
  • No approval needed
  • Best for: Maximum reach
  • Influencers see campaign in marketplace

Private Campaign

  • Invite-only
  • You control who joins
  • Best for: VIP influencers, exclusive partnerships
  • Not visible in marketplace

Step 5: Requirements (Optional)

Minimum Followers

Example: 1,000 followers minimum

Niche Tags

Target specific influencer types:

  • Fitness
  • Wellness
  • Productivity
  • Technology

Step 6: Campaign Dates (Optional)

  • Start Date: When campaign goes live
  • End Date: When campaign closes to new sign-ups
  • Leave empty: Campaign runs indefinitely

Step 7: Review & Create

Review your settings:

  • Commission percentage: 30%
  • Type: Public
  • Recurring: Yes
  • Platform fee: 5% (automatic)

Click "Create Campaign"

After Creation

You'll Receive:

  • Campaign ID: Unique identifier
  • Join Link: Share with influencers
  • Status: Active / Draft

What Influencers See:

Campaign: Launch Campaign
Commission: 30% recurring
App: YourApp
Status: Accepting applications

Campaign Naming

  • ✓ Clear and descriptive
  • ✓ Include timeframe if temporary
  • ✓ Mention benefits (e.g., "High Commission Program")
  • ✗ Avoid generic names like "Campaign 1"

Tiered Commissions

Campaign 1: "Standard Program" - 25% for all
Campaign 2: "VIP Program" - 35% for top performers
Campaign 3: "Launch Exclusive" - 40% for first 100 influencers

Seasonal Campaigns

Campaign: "New Year 2026" - Starts Jan 1, Ends Jan 31
Campaign: "Summer Fitness" - Starts Jun 1, Ends Aug 31
